Robert founded Scheffy Construction in 2014 — committing himself to the craft of building fine custom homes and boutique commercial spaces. Since its founding, he has grown the company from a small, local homebuilder to a regional, multidisciplinary construction company — focused on custom residential construction, complex renovations, boutique commercial construction and infill land development. Since its founding, Robert has been tapped to build many of the most significant homes and businesses in Baton Rouge and New Orleans — leading to Scheffy being listed as the 8th fastest growing company on the prestigious LSU 100 List. This listing honors the fastest-growing companies founded by graduates of Louisiana State University. Robert oversees all construction projects and manages a vast network of experienced project managers, tradesmen, subcontractors, and vendors.
Chief Operating Officer
Stewart is a Baton Rouge Native where he graduated from Catholic High School and went on to receive a degree from Louisiana State University in Contruction Management with a minor in Business. Stewart leads the daily operations of construction projects from start to finish. Before joining Scheffy as COO, he was a senior project manager at MAPP Construction where he led several regional commercial projects.
Associate Agent
Hilary is a graduate of Louisiana State Universitywhere she earned a Fashion Merchandising Degree and Business Minor. She worked in the industry as Director of Sales for Dee Keller. Upon helping found Scheffy Construction in 2014 she moved on to earn her Real estate license to work with the family business. Her love of interiors assists in helping buyers envision what a potential home could look like. She is looking forward to growing Scheffy Group Realty!
Senior Project Manager
Tony enjoys decades of experience in residential construction, having built homes throughout the Southeast United States. He is a true craftsman with the experience needed to proactively address issues as they arise.
Senior Superintendent
Tommy has been with the business since the beginning and has played an instrumental role in helping Scheffy Construction grow to where it is today. A true craftsman that began framing houses for his father's company as a teenager. Recently Tommy put down the tool belt to teach the craft daily on all Scheffy jobsites.
Master Carpenter
Shannon Manchester is a master carpenter and has been with the business since the beginning.Scheffy being a true believer in keeping the craft alive, knows the importance of detail. Shannon allows the company to self-perform all finish carpentry.
